• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details, including your name, delivery address, and phone number, when placing an order.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

2. Pricing and Payments

• Fair, competitive rates: All prices displayed on our website are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices in response to market changes.
• Payment methods: We accept secure payments through Mobile Money, card payments, or Cash on Delivery where applicable.
• Payment confirmation: Prepaid orders are processed after payment has been confirmed, and a receipt will be issued.

3. Flat-Rate Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping rates: We offer simple, agreed shipping rates that are calculated and displayed at checkout. Special rates may apply to bulky items or destinations that require additional arrangements.
• Delivery windows: We aim to provide same-day delivery within Kampala and Wakiso, and delivery within 2–3 days to other regions, depending on the courier and destination. These timelines are estimates and may vary because of regional or external logistics factors.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and After-Sales Service

• Our promise: Our professional after-sales service is designed to support and protect your purchases.
• Prompt reporting: Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any problem as soon as possible so that we can respond promptly. All return requests must be made within the 7-day period stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.
• Eligibility: To request an exchange or refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, unless it arrived defective.
• Exclusions: For health and hygiene reasons, certain opened items—including health supplements, baby pacifiers, and undergarments—cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

5. Product Information and Availability

• Stock and availability: We do our best to keep listed products available. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable exchange or refund.
• Product accuracy: We aim to display product colours, packaging, and specifications accurately. Actual appearance or packaging may vary slightly from screen images. Where there is a material change to a product, we will inform you before delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pearlshop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Pearlshop reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions to reflect business, operational, or legal changes. Continued use of our website after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
