Initial Setup & Opening for the First TimeLocate the Override Keyhole: Remove the small plastic cover located right next to the keypad dial (between the dial knob and the numbers).
Insert the Emergency Key: Push one of the included physical override keys into the hidden lock cylinder.
Unlock and Open: Turn the key counterclockwise (or as directed by the model) and simultaneously rotate the large main knob clockwise to open the safe door.
Install the Batteries: Open the internal battery compartment on the inside panel of the door and insert the 4 AA batteries.
